Senior Contracts Manager in Oxford, Oxfordshire

Reginald Gray has been instructed on a new Contracts Manager opportunity with a longstanding client, a principal contractor with an annual turnover of £15 million.

The business is seeking an experienced construction professional with a proven track record of leading the delivery of projects valued at £5 million or more. This experience may have been gained through responsibility for a single project or overseeing several sites.

The role

You will oversee project delivery, supporting site teams and ensuring works are properly planned, coordinated and delivered against agreed programmes. Construction phase programming is a central requirement, with the ability to develop, manage and update programmes essential.

What you’ll bring

* Proven experience leading the delivery of £5 million plus construction projects.

* Experience as a Project Manager or Contracts Manager.

* Full competency in construction phase programming, including sequencing works, monitoring progress and managing changes.

* The ability to lead site teams and maintain effective working relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

* A home location within a comfortable commute of Oxford.
