Your seat to fill:

• Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner, supporting fact-based and transparent decision-making across different business functions
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for assigned business areas
• Analyze monthly financial performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and key business drivers
• Prepare and present management reports, performance analyses, and decision papers for stakeholders and senior management
• Develop business cases, investment analyses, and profitability evaluations to support strategic and operational initiatives
• Challenge business assumptions and provide financial guidance to improve business performance and resource allocation
• Take ownership of financial planning and controlling processes and continuously drive process improvements
• Support month-end closing activities and ensure high-quality financial reporting
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into financial insights and recommendations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial guidelines, and internal controls

Your stroll to CYBEX:

• Several years of professional experience in Controlling, Finance, FP&A, or a comparable finance-related role
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis
• Proven ability to translate complex financial and operational data into actionable business insights
• High level of ownership, proactivity, and a structured working style, with a strong attention to detail and hands on mentality
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision-making at different organizational levels
• Experience working in a business partnering environment and collaborating with non-finance stakeholders
• Solid understanding of financial KPIs, business performance drivers, and value creation levers
• Experience in developing business cases, investment evaluations, and scenario analysis
• Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with ERP and BI systems (e.g. SAP, Power BI, SAC) is an advantage
• Fluent in English; German language skills are considered a plus
