About Dr. Berg Nutritionals

Dr. Berg Nutritionals is a leader in the health and wellness industry focused on addressing the root causes of health concerns. We offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth, where you can contribute to helping millions achieve better health through education, premium supplements, and holistic practices like the Healthy Keto® diet.

Working with us, you'll be part of a globally recognized brand with a social media presence reaching over 47 million followers across platforms.

Be a part of an innovative and fast-growing company that is passionate about transforming lives through education on health and wellness. If you thrive in a dynamic environment where your contributions make a real impact, this is the place for you.

Role Summary

We're looking for a Senior CRO Specialist to own our testing strategy across the entire customer journey.

  • You'll map key conversion touchpoints, build and evolve the testing roadmap and KPI framework, and set priorities based on data—not department urgency.
  • You'll run the intake process for cross-departmental test ideas, sharpen weak briefs into strong hypotheses, and arbitrate conflicts when teams want to test the same audience or page.
  • You'll own analyses of results (significance, revenue impact, win-rate) and turn them into forward-looking recommendations, reporting regularly to the Director and executive stakeholders.

This role partners closely with content, lifecycle, design, dev, and engineering—shaping the data platform and representing testing strategy in cross-functional planning.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Map and continuously refine the customer journey's key stages, touchpoints, KPIs, and data points relevant to conversion and testing.
  • Own the cross-departmental testing roadmap and prioritize it by using data (traffic, revenue potential, funnel drop-off)—not by siloed queues or department urgency.
  • Own and evolve the testing KPI framework, maintaining an independent, data-driven view of where and why the journey underperforms.
  • Own results analysis (statistical significance, incremental revenue, win-rate) and translate findings into forward-looking recommendations, not just readouts.
  • Own regular test performance and roadmap reporting for the Director and executives.
  • Set a lightweight, consistent process for proposing, documenting, and running tests across departments, including a shared intake queue that's prioritized and collaboratively strengthened (sharpening weak hypotheses/metrics rather than rejecting).
  • Arbitrate conflicts when departments want to test the same page or audience simultaneously.
  • Maintain a shared repository of test learnings so knowledge isn't siloed.
  • Run a standing (weekly/biweekly) test-review cadence with department contributors.
  • Scope approved tests by writing briefs/hypotheses for execution partners (copy, dev, design) to build and directly execute highly specialized tests when a full department route isn't practical.
  • Represent CRO/testing strategy in cross-functional planning (sprints, content calendar, lifecycle) to build in testing from the start.
  • Partner with Data Engineering to ensure the data platform captures, structures, and surfaces what's needed to analyze the full customer journey.

Qualifications & Skills Required

Required

  • 5+ years of CRO/experimentation experience at a DTC ecommerce brand doing $100M+ in annual revenue.
  • Proven ownership of testing strategy at high-revenue scale.
  • Strong quantitative skills—statistical significance, funnel analysis, and revenue-impact analysis of test results.
  • Experience building or improving a testing framework, prioritization model, or KPI structure, not just running individual tests.
  • Track record of solid partnerships across departments (content, lifecycle/CRM, development, design) without directly managing those teams.
  • Comfortable working at both a strategic level (roadmap, prioritization, governance) and a hands-on level (executing a test directly when needed).
  • Familiarity with common CRO/testing and analytics tooling (e.g., A/B testing platforms, web analytics, session recording/heatmap tools).

Work from Home Requirements

  • Up-to-date Mac or Windows computer with anti-virus protection
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and software
  • Must be comfortable and experienced using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, OneDrive)

Compensation & Benefits

We are intentional about creating a work environment that supports both high-quality work and the people doing it. We aim to provide our team with the structure, resources, and flexibility needed to do meaningful work while maintaining personal well-being.

We are a fully remote team, allowing team members to work from where they are most comfortable and to avoid unnecessary commuting and overhead.

We offer competitive compensation and a benefits package designed to support health, stability, and balance, including:

  • 40 hours of personal days each year for rest, life, and everything in between
  • Paid gym membership to support your health and well-being
  • 7 paid holidays
  • 50% discount on all Dr. Berg products
  • Fully remote work with a strong emphasis on healthy work–life balance

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 am–6 pm ET with one-hour unpaid lunch
