Senior Coordinator, PLM & Data
Role & Responsibilities:
Position Definition (Key Purpose of the Position):
As Coordinator Underfoot Platforms the role will work closely with and support Manager Stratey & Planning and Master Data Operations team with the creation and maintannece of PLM records associated with compounds, underfoot components and molds.
Supporting T2 materials suppliers as they access vendor portal and validating enriched data uploaded by T2 suppliers.
Maintain, track and report raw material price changes . Cooperating closely with materials intelligence teams to ensure accurate prices are available to support seasonal negotiations, commodity updates and COGS guidance.
Work cross functionally with Brand PD and Material Planning teams to forecast demand for nominated raw materials. In support of quality and sustainable production control.
Support data management and collection related to all aspects of mold allocations, transfers, destruction and opening
Support SCP and SPM data collection, performance metric analyse and reporting
Key Result Areas:
Partner with cross functional teams to design and execute material preposition initiatives to enable On-Time Performance
Act as process owner for all GMS Polymer pre-position, long lead-time material management, mold tracking and transfers and compliance reporting.
