Senior Copywriter
Genius AI is looking for a Senior Copywriter to help us scale our business by crafting compelling copy across the full marketing funnel and architecting AI-powered systems that ensure quality and consistency in all marketing communications.
Responsibilities will include:
- Write copy for paid social, email, landing pages, video scripts, and campaigns, highlighting real business-owner pain points and demonstrating how Genius AI provides unique solutions
- Architect AI-powered copywriting and copy-review systems, designing workflows that encode brand standards and scale copy quality across the organization
- Build and maintain a living style guide and brand voice framework to serve as the foundation for all copy and systems
- Set editorial standards for the organization, run AI-powered copy reviews, provide feedback, and coach partners to improve messaging decisions
- Develop integrated campaign messaging, creative territories, and taglines that differentiate Genius AI in the market
You’re a great fit if you:
- Have 5+ years of copywriting experience with a portfolio spanning brand, performance, and lifecycle work across a marketing funnel
- Have built AI writing tools and workflows that changed how a team operates, with hands-on experience designing systems
- Are comfortable making decisions on voice, messaging, and creative strategy independently
- Have a proven track record of translating product features into business impact and customer transformation, with a strong understanding of narrative differentiation
- Have experience setting copy standards at an organizational level through style guides, voice frameworks, or AI-powered writing systems
- Possess strong performance marketing instincts and understand what makes copy convert in crowded paid environments
- Have a clear point of view on creative excellence, can defend it, and have rallied cross-functional partners around your perspective
Total Compensation
The base salary for this role is between $145,000–$170,000 plus equity and benefits. The compensation package offered depends on skills, experience, and education.
