JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Creative Copywriter owns the written expression of the JOE & THE JUICE brand across every channel and market. The role turns creative and strategic briefs into clear, distinctive copy for campaigns, always-on marketing, and brand moments - short-form and long-form, digital and physical - and holds the line on tone of voice wherever the brand appears in words. Working out of the Creative Studio and across global and local teams, the role is the guardian of how JOE sounds, setting the editorial standard and protecting brand voice consistency as the business scales into new markets and formats.
The role reports to the Head of Creative Brand Studio and is a full-time role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Writing on-brand copy across digital, social, CRM, web, in-store, and campaign assets, and translating creative and strategic briefs into clear, engaging messaging
- Applying and safeguarding the JOE tone of voice across all deliverables, channels, formats, and markets, acting as the go-to reference for tone questions
- Collaborating with Creative Project Managers, designers, and marketing stakeholders, reviewing briefs early and managing revisions to sign-off
- Proofreading and self-editing all copy, flagging messaging or brand-compliance risks, and contributing to shared tone of voice documentation

- A consistent, recognisable JOE voice across all channels and markets, with briefs translated into clear messaging and minimal iteration cycles
- Production-ready, proofed, and compliant copy delivered on time, plus tone of voice references that raise the standard of writing across teams
- Native-level English proficiency, with the editorial instinct to write and adapt tone of voice across markets
