LaserAway is a medical aesthetics company, and our brand voice is how people first meet us, and how they decide to trust us. We're looking for a Senior Copywriter who can make complex aesthetic and wellness ideas feel clear, confident, and personal, and who can write words that both move people and convert them.
In this role, you'll write across digital ads, email, social, web and landing pages, SMS, video scripts, print, and in-clinic materials. You'll build campaigns around acquisition, retention, promotions, and product launches, and you'll help shape the brand's tone and storytelling as we grow. You'll work closely with Creative, Brand, Social, Clinical, Legal, and Performance Marketing, and you'll bring the same care to a compliant headline that you bring to a campaign concept.
What you bring
- 5+ years of professional copywriting experience in marketing, advertising, creative, or brand environments
- A strong portfolio showing digital, social, email, campaign, and brand work
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- A clear understanding of brand voice and consumer marketing psychology
- Experience writing conversion-focused copy for performance channels
- The ability to manage multiple projects and revisions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration skills and attention to detail
Nice to have
- Experience in medical aesthetics, skincare, cosmetic dermatology, wellness, or luxury consumer brands
- Experience writing video, social, influencer, or multimedia scripts
- Familiarity with SEO, paid media copy, and CRM or email content
- Working knowledge of FTC and healthcare marketing compliance

- $115,000 – $140,000 base, with performance-based earning potential
