| II. Job Summary: Support the Chief Legal Officer by: (1) providing legal advice; (2) legal representation; (3) overseeing litigation & risk management; (4) contract review; (5) training employees of workplace rules and policies; and (6) conducting internal investigations | |||||||||||

| 1 | Conduct internal investigation and handle investigations of government administrative agencies | ||||||||||
| 2 | Prepare and review contracts, policies or memos as directed by General Counsel, including NDAs, joint development agreements and purchase and sales agreements with 3rd parties. | ||||||||||
| 3 | Advise on internal clients regarding employment, OSHA related, legal compliance and other issues as directed by General Counsel. | ||||||||||
| 4 | Manage outside counsel as may be delegated by General Counsel | ||||||||||
| 5 | Manage and/or handle investigations of internal complaints such as harassment, discrimination, and/or retaliation. | ||||||||||
| 6 | Assist General Counsel in managing litigation and pre-litigation disputes | ||||||||||
| 7 | Other duties as assigned by General Counsel | ||||||||||

| IⅤ. Qualification | |||||||||||
| Job Requirements | Language | Languages spoken commonly in the workplace are English. - Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents . Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers | |||||||||
| Experience | At least 4 years of plus of legal experience as a licensed attorney in the US, preferably having experience advising manufacturing clients. | ||||||||||
| Education | JD from an ABA accredited law school | ||||||||||
| Physical Condition | This is an office job requiring sitting for most of the day Safety requirements for this position are safety glasses, hearing protection and steel-toed work boots on the production floor. | ||||||||||
| Other Requirements | WRITING SKILLS - Ability to communicate effectively and accurately in writing. REASONING ABILITY - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables. COMPUTER SKILLS - Can use Microsoft Office efficiently | ||||||||||
| Knowledge, Skills & Abilities utilized on the job | Professional Knowledge, Skills | Bar license in any US state is required, Ohio bar is preferred | |||||||||
| Commercial litigation and trial experience Conduct internal investigation and handle investigations of government administrative agencies | |||||||||||
