Senior Corporate Counsel
Statusphere is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to lead the commercial contracting function.
Responsibilities will include:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of commercial contracting, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements
- Advise internal stakeholders on contract terms, risk mitigation, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Develop and implement contracting policies, procedures, and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and ensure alignment with company goals
- Provide legal guidance on a variety of corporate matters as needed
You’re a great fit if you:
- Have 7-10 years of experience in commercial contracting or corporate law
- Possess strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills
- Are comfortable working independently and leading legal functions
- Communicate complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders
- Excel in a fast-paced, remote work environment
Total Compensation
The projected annual salary range is $200,000 - $240,000 USD.
