About the role
Are you looking to make the leap as a corporate legal advisor to a leading multinational in retail and consumer technology services in the Iberian Peninsula and lead the legal strategy for its operations in Spain? If you have a solid technical foundation in corporate law and commercial contracting, you are a member of a Spanish Bar Association, and you are looking for an international project with a high degree of autonomy, direct interaction with the business, and professional projection, this opportunity is for you. From Randstad Professionals, a consultancy specialized in the selection of executive profiles and qualified middle management, we are selecting a Corporate Legal Counsel for Spain.

- Commercial Contracting and Negotiation: You will assume the analysis, drafting, review, and negotiation of high-complexity commercial and mercantile contracts with suppliers, strategic partners, distributors, and logistics operators.
- Corporate Governance and Corporate Secretarial: You will manage the corporate scope of the group's companies in Spain (an environment of high bureaucratic demand and large document volume), supervising agreements, meetings, powers of attorney, and registry filings.
- Due Diligence and Strategic Projects: You will participate in legal audit processes (due diligence) and corporate operations, and you will drive the implementation and adaptation of directives and regulatory updates within the company's internal procedures.
What we're looking for
- Experience: It is essential to provide between 5 and 10 years of proven professional experience, either in-house within multinational companies (retail, consumer goods, distribution, or technology sectors are highly valued) or in the Corporate / Commercial departments of top-tier law firms.
- Bar Membership: It is essential to be a practicing member of a Spanish Bar Association.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep mastery and demonstrated proficiency in the corporate and commercial contracting area in Spain, accustomed to managing complex files with a high volume of documentation.
- Familiarity with due diligence reviews and operational compliance.
- Location and Mobility: Residence in the Vigo or Galicia area, with availability and flexibility to travel occasionally (approximately once a month) to the corporate headquarters in northern Portugal.
- Skills / Soft Skills: High sense of organization and method to coordinate demanding bureaucratic processes with rigor.
- We are looking for a dynamic, proactive professional with the ability to adapt to change, flexibility, and full autonomy for the resolution of complex legal contingencies.
What you'll get
- Attractive Compensation Package:
-Meal Allowance: Meal ticket or food allowance of €7.00 per working day (via prepaid card or cash).
- Annual Bonus: Reference variable remuneration of 17% annually (with a consolidated history, subject to individual performance and the group's business results).
- Full Social Benefits: Corporate Health Insurance (extendable to the family nucleus) and Life Insurance.
- Vacation and Work-Life Balance: 24 working days of vacation per year and a structured multinational environment that encourages functional autonomy. This is a fully remote position.
