Senior Corporate Recruiter
About This OpportunityWe are seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter. Cascade is scaling toward nearly double our current revenue by 2030. The person we hire for this role will help us build the team that gets us there. We're not just adding headcount across our utility and energy services lines; we're rethinking how a thirty-year-old, relationship-driven business finds and wins the talent that will define its next decade. That's where you come in.
As Senior Corporate Recruiter, you'll own full-cycle hiring across professional, technical, and leadership roles, but this isn't a "post and pray" position. We want a Recruiter who treats sourcing and pipeline-building as a craft, who's fluent in how AI-powered tools can sharpen candidate matching, speed up screening, and free up more time for the human moments that actually close offers: real conversations, real trust, real advocacy for candidates and hiring leaders alike. You'll coach interview teams on structured, compliant, bias-aware practices, and you'll be a builder shaping how Cascade recruits as much as who Cascade hires.
If you're energized by using AI and modern tools to make relationship-building even better, and you want to help scale a company with real momentum and a mission that matters, we want to talk to you.
What You Will Be Doing
Full-Cycle Recruitment & Offer Management: Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, and leadership roles, including negotiating offers balancing candidate expectations with internal compensation guidelines to secure top talent.
Strategic Hiring Partnership: Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to develop hiring strategies, lead internal executive recruitment, and support workforce planning that aligns talent needs with business goals.
Interview & Assessment Practices: Coach interview teams on structured, compliant hiring practices, and administer candidate assessment tools (e.g., Predictive Index), ensuring consistent application across the team.
Sourcing, Branding & Talent Networks: Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through proactive, equity-minded sourcing strategies, and contribute to employer branding initiatives that strengthen Cascade's reputation and support long-term talent attraction.
Team Development: Mentor and support the professional development of Corporate Recruiters I and II, including onboarding new team members, and serving as a point of escalation and backup support for the Talent Acquisition Manager.
AI Innovation & Governance: Champion the responsible use of AI and emerging tools to improve recruiting outcomes and help Cascade scale, while mitigating fraud and candidate authenticity risks.
Metrics, Compliance & Systems: Own recruiting metrics and reporting (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.), maintain audit-ready records to support EEO/OFCCP compliance, and manage recruiting vendors and the ATS.
