Senior Corporate Strategy Manager

Job Description:

  • Leading the commercial due diligence workstream on potential acquisitions and market entry projects, including market sizing, competitive landscape assessment, customer segmentation, unit economics, regulatory dynamics, and post merger synergy assessment
  • Conducting primary research (expert interviews, customer interviews, surveys), and translating overall diligence findings into actionable recommendations for deal structuring and financial planning
  • Monitoring industry trends, competitive developments and emerging expansion opportunities
  • Supporting end to end execution of mergers, acquisitions, strategic investments and joint ventures - including sourcing, screening, evaluating and closing transactions
  • Supporting capital markets and investor relations efforts, including preparation of materials for communicating the firm’s strategy to internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities:

  • 3-5 years of working experience in management consulting, private equity due diligence, or corporate development
  • Familiarity with and interest in the financial services and fintech industry
  • Execution oriented and enjoys working in fast, high growth environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and able to engage with AI tools
  • Fluency in English
  • Based in Singapore but willing to travel occasionally
