Senior Creative Strategist

🚨 We’re hiring: Senior Creative Strategist

I’m looking for a top-tier Senior Creative Strategist to join a DTC e-commerce brand backed by operators who have already built and scaled multiple 8- and 9-figure brands.

This is not a maintenance role — you’ll be rebuilding the creative engine and working directly with the founders.

What you’ll own:
→ Creative strategy & performance creative for Meta
→ Hooks, angles, concepts, scripts & direct-response copy
→ UGC creator sourcing & management
→ Creative testing, iteration & performance analysis
→ Building the creative systems and processes from scratch
→ Eventually hiring and leading the creative team

🔎 We’re looking for:
5+ years in Creative Strategy / Creative Direction
Strong DTC / e-commerce experience
Proven performance creative experience on Meta
Experience with UGC and creator management
Strong direct-response copywriting skills
A portfolio showing measurable creative impact at scale
Fluent English

💰 $5,000–$7,000 USD/month + performance & milestone bonuses
🌎 Remote — Worldwide
⏰ Full-time, US hours overlap

Hands-on experience with tools like CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, Figma or Photoshop is a plus, as is experience with AI-powered creative workflows.
