身為 資深創作者營運專員（Senior Creator Operations Specialist），您將在台灣市場的創作者生態系發展中扮演關鍵角色，負責創作者招募、活動執行、平台營運及合作夥伴管理等工作。
您將與內容創作者（Creators）、經紀公司、MCN 機構以及內部跨部門團隊密切合作，共同推動創作者生態系的成長與營運效率提升。

工作內容（What You Will Do）
創作者招募與夥伴管理（Creator Acquisition & Partner Management）
- 發掘、招募並協助 Instagram、YouTube、TikTok、Threads 等平台的 KOL 與 KOC 完成加入流程。
- 建立並維護與創作者、MCN 機構及經紀公司的合作關係。
- 向創作者介紹平台合作機會，協助其了解加入 Coupang 生態系的價值與發展潛力。
- 透過持續溝通與互動，提升創作者參與度並支持其成長發展。
活動與平台營運（Campaign & Platform Operations）
- 負責網紅行銷專案日常營運管理，從合作啟動到活動結束全程追蹤執行。
- 與創作者協作，確保內容如期產出並符合活動需求與規範。
- 追蹤活動執行進度，主動發現並解決營運問題。
- 作為創作者主要聯繫窗口，在合作過程中提供必要支援與指導。
- 追蹤活動成效，整理並提供營運洞察，作為後續優化依據。
合約與付款作業管理（Contracting & Payment Operations）
- 協調創作者及合作夥伴的合約簽署、文件作業及合作流程。
- 確保活動交付項目完成並準確記錄相關成果。
- 支援每月創作者及合作夥伴的付款與結算流程。
- 維護相關營運資料，並與內部團隊合作，確保付款及合規流程順利執行。
流程優化（Process Improvement）
- 發掘提升創作者體驗與營運效率的機會並提出改善建議。
- 維護創作者資料庫、活動追蹤工具及相關營運紀錄的正確性。
- 協助建立最佳實務流程及可規模化的營運機制。
基本條件（Basic Qualifications）
- 具備 3 至 5 年 Influencer Marketing、Creator Operations、Partnership Management、Digital Marketing 或廣告代理商客戶管理相關工作經驗。
- 曾負責台灣市場網紅行銷專案及創作者合作關係管理。
- 具備優秀的溝通協調能力及跨部門合作經驗。
- 熟悉 Excel／Google Sheets，以及 CRM 或相關追蹤管理工具。
- 具備良好的組織管理能力，能同時處理多項專案。
- 工作主動積極、細心負責，且能適應快速變化的工作環境。

Role Overview
As a Senior Creator Operations Specialist for the Taiwan market, you will play a key role in growing and managing our influencer ecosystem. You will work closely with creators, agencies, and internal stakeholders to support creator acquisition, campaign execution, platform operations, and partner engagement.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on influencer marketing or creator operations experience who enjoys building relationships, managing campaigns, and driving operational excellence within a fast-growing environment.
What You Will Do
Creator Acquisition & Partner Management
- Identify, recruit, and onboard KOLs and KOCs across platforms including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Threads.
- Build and maintain relationships with creators, MCNs, and talent agencies.
- Introduce platform opportunities and help creators understand the value of joining our ecosystem.
- Support creator growth and participation through ongoing communication and engagement.
Campaign & Platform Operations
- Manage day-to-day influencer campaign operations from onboarding through campaign completion.
- Coordinate with creators to ensure content is delivered on time and aligns with campaign requirements.
- Monitor campaign progress and proactively address operational issues.
- Act as a primary point of contact for creators, providing guidance and support throughout their platform journey.
- Track campaign performance and provide operational insights for future improvements.
Contracting & Payment Operations
- Coordinate creator and agency contracts, documentation, and onboarding requirements.
- Ensure campaign deliverables are completed and accurately tracked.
- Support monthly payment processing and creator settlement activities.
- Maintain operational records and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely payment and compliance processes.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve creator experience and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate creator databases, tracking tools, and campaign records.
- Support the development of operational best practices and scalable workflows.
Basic Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Operations, Partnership Management, Digital Marketing, or Agency Account Management.
- Experience managing influencer campaigns and creator relationships in the Taiwan market.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and CRM or tracking tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with KOLs, KOCs, MCNs, talent agencies, or affiliate marketing programs.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and creator ecosystems.
- Experience coordinating contracts, invoicing, or payment operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Interest in developing toward Partnership Management, Creator Growth, or Marketing Operations leadership roles.
