Senior CRM Developer

SISU Consulting is partnering with a Commonwealth regulator to find an experienced Senior CRM Developer to join a multi-disciplinary Agile Scrum team delivering a major program of work.

This is a genuinely hands-on, code-first role. You’ll be building high-quality, well-tested Dynamics 365 and Dataverse solutions that go well beyond low-code configuration, working under limited direction and aligned to the agency’s architecture standards and best practice.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing, coding, testing and maintaining Dynamics 365 solutions, including custom entities, plugins, custom workflow activities and system integrations

• Working collaboratively within a Scrum team to define and deliver quality solutions

• Planning, documenting and managing your deliverables through Azure DevOps

• Contributing to CI/CD pipeline improvements and embracing DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment

• Engaging with stakeholders to understand requirements, manage technical risks and showcase your work

• Contributing to technical and systems improvement initiatives and Communities of Practice across the Agile Release Train

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years’ recent experience as a developer in multi-disciplinary Agile teams (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)

• Strong C# and .NET skills for Dynamics 365 extension development, including the Dataverse SDK and Web API

• Proven plugin-heavy Dynamics 365 delivery and experience integrating with Azure services or REST APIs

• Experience designing scalable, maintainable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, including ALM practices

• Hands-on experience with Azure, Git and DevOps pipeline deployments

• Experience with test development and tools such as xUnit

• High proficiency with Azure DevOps and Miro

• Relevant IT qualifications or equivalent practical experience, ideally in large or complex programs
