We run two iGaming brands across Tier 1 markets and have been operating for over 5 years. Now we're rebuilding our CRM into an omnichannel, automated, AI-assisted engine, and we want you to lead it: set the direction, build hands-on and grow a team that ships faster every quarter.

In addition to setting up and running CRM marketing operations You will also work on developing:

• AI-accelerated OMNI CRM. AI across the workflow, from segment discovery and content to next-best-offer, testing and reporting, with clear guardrails and measured uplift.
• A technology-first stack. Omnichannel architecture, real-time triggers and integrations across email, SMS, push, in-app, on-site and messengers.
• Personalisation for every player. Offer, game, moment and channel chosen per player, driven by behaviour and predictive scores.
• Gamification that retains. Missions, tournaments, leaderboards, streaks and loyalty tiers, priced up front and proven to pay back.
• Innovation and automation. New formats every quarter, and manual campaigns turned into triggered journeys across brands, geos and languages.
• Data and team. Live dashboards, continuous A/B and holdout testing, and a team of CRM Managers, Specialists and Juniors you hire and train.

You'll fit right in if…

• You have 5+ years in CRM or retention, 3+ in iGaming, and have led a remote CRM team.
• You work hands-on at admin level in Customer.io, Optimove, Smartico, Xtremepush, Braze or similar, and have implemented an omnichannel CRM.
• You've delivered measurable results with AI, gamification and behaviour-driven personalisation.
• You're strong in SQL, BI and A/B testing, and understand bonus economics.
• Your English is Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

Extra points for: Customer.io, a loyalty or gamification programme built from scratch, predictive models, and LLM workflows or AI agents in CRM.
