Senior CRM Specialist
You will join a team of experts in a dynamic fintech environment, helping to craft global communications that drive engagement, retention, and product adoption. You'll play a hands-on role executing campaigns with a strong focus on localisation and high-quality delivery, while growing your CRM skills in a fast-paced, international environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering global multichannel campaigns (email, push, inapp, and more)
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Product, Marketing, Creative, Legal, Analytics) to ensure campaigns are accurate, compliant, and aligned with local nuances
- Support quality assurance processes to make sure every campaign meets standards
- Proactively contribute ideas, suggest improvements, and conduct tests to enhance CRM campaigns
- Stay organised and coordinate tasks across multiple stakeholders and projects
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role at a company with a primarily online/mobile B2C audience (at a fintech or financial company is a plus)
- Familiarity with Braze or similar engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable) and confidence using tools and adapting to new systems quickly
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work
- Team player with a proactive attitude, thriving in a fast-growing, diverse team environment
- Fluent in English and German
