(Senior) Customer Service Executive (Food Testing Services)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end to end communication with customers in term of receiving & analyzing enquiries until report insue.
• Coordinate with clients/courier service provider to receive samples on spot, coordinate with laboratory teams to ensure precise test methods are assigned to sample
• Coordinate with sale team to handle client’s enquiries
• Closely coordinate with laboratory team to ensure turnaround time (TAT) requirement is met as per customer’s expectation.
• Receive test results from laboratory team and ensure accurate data entry into test report template
• Ensure test reports are checked thoroughly for completeness
• Send test report to client via both soft/hard copy forms if required.
• Prepare Invoice document, send invoice and needed document to client on time. Control debt from client. Prepare payment document to subcontractor.
• Other duties relevant to be requested by Leader/ Manager
• Shift work may be required

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering or related major.
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar position
• Mature, self-disciplined and results-driven
• English communication with B level or equivalent
• Strong result- and service-oriented mindset
• A proactive team player with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timeline
