Senior Customer Service Executive / Inside Sales
Key Tasks:
- Prepare and maintain price lists for day-to-day customer enquiries to support quotation activities
- Handle incoming customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on proposals to secure orders
- Review customer PO, contract and convert to sales order for internal process, ensure timely confirmation of customer orders
- Provide comprehensive pre- and post-sales customer support to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction
- Support sales team by gathering customer and market information related to product requirements and opportunities
- Actively promote the Company’s products and services to customers to support sales growth
- Analyze order win rates and collaborate with the sales team to improve costing and pricing strategies
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain teams to ensure technical and commercial requirements are met
- Collaborate closely with the Engineering team to develop Company product solutions that meet customer requirements
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing job-related ancillary materials to avoid production delays
- Monitor order status and prepare material status reports for Sales and Production teams
- Covert PO to sales order process and ensure timely confirmation of customer orders
- Follow up on outstanding customer demands and coordinate delivery schedules with Production and Logistics
- Liaise with logistic department to ensure timely shipment of materials when required
- Review existing quotations with customers and provide updates on order progress
- Maintain accurate sales records and assist in preparing basic sales activity reports
Key Responsibilities:
- Support revenue generation through effective enquiry handling, quotation preparation, and order processing
- Maintain strong working relationships with customers, internal sales teams, production, and support functions
- Act as a key contact point for assigned customers and jobs, ensuring proactive communication and service
- Ensure customer satisfaction through adherence to company Quality Management System and service standards
- Assist in coordinating with Finance on payment follow-ups and outstanding receivables when required
- Comply with Company Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) policies and participate in HSE initiatives
- Ensure work activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures and applicable regulations
- Continuously developing technical and commercial knowledge within the role
Knowledge & Skills:
- Good understanding of engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical product documentation.

Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and Bills of Materials (BOM).
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Order Management, and basic Procurement/Material Sourcing.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, oil & gas, industrial, or other technical product industries.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to support sales, procurement, engineering, and operations.
- Familiarity with commercial documentation, including quotations, contracts, purchase orders (POs), and invoices.
