Senior Customer Service Executive (Shipping)
Job Summary:
- Up to $4,500
- 2-Year Contract
- Located at Tuas (TransportProvided from CCK, Clementi, Lakeside & Boon Lay)
- Completion Bonus
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-endcustomer orders from receipt and processing through delivery, invoicing andorder-status updates.
- Serve as the key customer contact, handling enquiries, complaints and service issues while maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and distributors.
- Coordinate with sales, production, warehouse, logistics providers and freight forwarders to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
- Manage import/exportand shipping documentation, monitor customer service KPIs, and support processimprovements and SOP development.
Skills/Experience Required
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
- 4–7 years of customer service experience, preferably within the lubricants, chemicals or FMCG industries.
- Experience in order management, import/export processes and documentation such as letters of credit, shipping and customs documents.
- Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently under pressure.
