Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the Customer service Counter in shopping center and relevant duties in counterd
Support promotional activities and daily operations of property
Perform ad hoc duties assigned from management services office
Qualifications
Associate Degree and High Diploma or above
Experience in property management or hospitality industry is preferred, especially in report centre or control room
Good communication and interpersonal skills with good telephone manner and customer focus
Proven experience in a customer service role and client facing
Proficiency in MS applications (Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing)
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
