Job Responsibilities:-

Oversee the entire sales order lifecycle from entry to delivery,validating order accuracy, monitoring WIP movement, and ensuring on-time delivery
Track product availability, communicate lead-time changes proactively,and coordinate with production control to prioritize and execute urgent expedites
Manage the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process, coordinating failure analysis, repair logistics, and replacements with engineering and QA teams
Ensure all transactions and logistics documentation strictly comply withcorporate guidelines, external audit requirements, and export controlregulations (e.g.: strategic goods permit)
Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to support demand planning and resolve order-related bottlenecks

Job Requirements:-

Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related with 9 years of experience, or Master’s with 6 years of experience
Experience in the semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, or high-tech equipment industry
Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with the ability to interpret and present data effectively
Strong knowledge of Order Management processes, including:
- Order processing and fulfillment
- International trade and shipping compliance
- Customer returns (RMA) management
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Customer-focused mindset with strong service orientation
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP; Pivot Tables; SUMIFS; Macros/VBA
