Senior Customer Success Engineer, Data & DR Resilience

Veeam Software in the UAE is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to drive long-term customer outcomes across the Veeam Data Platform. You will lead onboarding, adoption, and optimization, proactively identifying churn risk, migrations, and upsell opportunities, and applying DR&R expertise for quarterly resilience reporting.

You will collaborate with CISO/CIO stakeholders, design protection plans, and influence adoption roadmaps.
