- Lead onboarding and adoption programs that take customers from initial deployment to measurable security outcomes.
- Build success plans with clear goals, milestones, and value metrics, and track progress with executive sponsors.
- Drive retention and expansion by identifying new use cases, cross-product opportunities, and renewal risks early.
- Oversee support escalations and ensure timely, high-quality resolution in partnership with the Support team.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, sharing insights with Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap.
- Create repeatable playbooks, enablement content, and reporting for EMEA customer success.
- Partner with Account Managers and Account Executives on account planning, renewals, and expansion strategy.
- Work closely with the post-sales Solutions Architect, who serves as the technical resource for customers, to scope deployments, resolve technical blockers, and deliver technical value.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to executives.
- Data-driven approach to customer health, adoption, and retention metrics.
- Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus.
