Senior Customer Success Manager (Enterprise SaaS)

We’re looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Success Manager based in the Philippines to support our growing portfolio of enterprise SaaS clients. This is a fully remote role where you’ll collaborate closely with a US-based team and play a key role in driving customer value, retention, and growth.

What You’ll Do

· Manage and grow relationships with large enterprise customers, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction

· Lead and organize Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key stakeholders

· Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Support teams (including US-based colleagues)

· Identify opportunities for account growth, expansion, and increased product adoption

· Act as the voice of the customer and advocate for improvements with internal teams

· Deliver a high standard of service with strong attention to detail and follow-through

What We’re Looking For

· 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role

· Proven experience managing enterprise-level SaaS accounts

· Experience working with US-based clients or companies (comfortable with time zone overlap)

· Strong background in SaaS environments, ideally in companies with $25M+ ARR

· Demonstrated ability to lead QBRs and drive customer engagement strategies

· Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

· Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

· Proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and urgency

· Collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced, remote environments
