Summary
Protects a fast-growing fintech’s systems by designing defenses, monitoring threats, and responding to incidents using Microsoft Defender, Purview, and other security tools.
Our client is a rapidly expanding global FinTech organization operating at the intersection of technology and financial services. With a strong international presence and a focus on innovation, the company is currently building a new SSC structure in Gdańsk, creating opportunities to shape processes and drive operational excellence. The target working model is 3 days per week from the office.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure: hardware, software, networking, cloud
- Experience with ITMS workflows and customer-focused delivery
- Ability to integrate multiple technologies into cohesive solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, CIS, SOX, ISO 27001)
- 5-10 years of experience with security tools (e.g., SentinelOne, Microsoft Suite, Rapid7, ServiceNow, Google SecOps)
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender and Purview
- Good understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux
- Experience with IT infrastructure, networking, and software solutions
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
- Excellent time management and prioritization
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
