Senior Cyber Security Project Manager | Contract
Location: Sydney – Hybrid
Day Rate: $1,100 per day + GST
Contract: Immediate start until June 2027, with potential extension

We're looking for an experienced Senior Cyber Security Project Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise-wide cybersecurity initiatives for a large Australian organisation.

You'll be responsible for managing complex security projects, with a particular focus on DevSecOps, CI/CD security controls, software supply chain security and Identity & Access Management (IAM).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of complex cybersecurity projects.
• Lead DevSecOps, CI/CD security and IAM initiatives.
• Coordinate security engineering, infrastructure and application teams.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, risks and dependencies.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders, vendors and technical teams.
• Oversee implementation, testing and operational handover.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of experience delivering cybersecurity projects as a Senior Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps, application security and IAM.
• Experience with CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise security projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and delivery skills.
• Experience working across Agile and Waterfall environments.
