About the Job:

The CSO (Chief Security Office) CSO Remediation & Accelerated Delivery (RAD) team is responsible for driving easy and effective solutions for Cyber Risk Reduction. The RAD team takes a multi-disciplinary and layered approach to risk reduction and remediation to support data security through focus on Cyber Security areas. This team is looking to add a Cyber Security Risk Remediation Lead to drive remediation and risk reduction. Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Driving cyber risk remediation across >15 technology areas

• Analyzing data based on risk

• Driving delivery teams to resolve risk through quantifiable actions and outcomes

• Managing difficult conversations to reduce risk across organizations.

• Shaping and investigating data to be actionable for remediation assignments

• Driving conversations to result in cyber compliance

Relevant Experience: 10+ years

Location: Hyderabad/ Bangalore

Required skills:

Cyber/Technology Risk

  • Strong understanding of technology risk and vulnerability areas.

  • Experience with vulnerability scanning technologies across multiple layers (application, database, device, API).

  • Foundational knowledge of cloud security principles for both Azure and AWS.

  • General information security proficiency (such as CISSP or Security First Bronze, Silver, and/or Gold certifications).

  • Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to track issues and drive outcomes to resolution.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Capacity for systems thinking and understanding of complex IT environments.

  • Experience in document management and maintaining organized records.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Proven capability to communicate effectively with leadership and stakeholders.

  • Experience managing difficult conversations and resolving conflicts professionally.

Organizational and Management Skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.

  • Experience with change control processes and quality management.

  • Strong document management skills.

Industry and Business Acumen

  • Awareness of emerging technologies and IT industry trends and directions.

  • Knowledge of finance and accounting principles, including financial forecasting and modeling.

  • Understanding of IT governance, IT audit and control, and general IT environment concepts.

Understanding and Application of AI

  • Familiarity with applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML) techniques in cybersecurity contexts

  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools (such as Copilot for Security, Darktrace, CrowdStrike Charlotte AI, or custom LLM integrations) to enhance detection, response, automation workflows.

  • Understanding of LLM safety, prompt engineering, or AI governance frameworks (e.g., NIST AI and RMF, EU AI Act readiness) is a plus.

  • Exposure to data science fundamentals relevant to security (pattern recognition, supervised vs. unsupervised learning, model validation).

  • Awareness of AI-driven risks (e.g., adversarial ML, data poisoning, model hallucination) and their mitigation within enterprise environments.

Desirable skills:

  • Prior experience with Telecom sector

  • Prior exposure to Cyber Security teams

Additional information (if any): Need to be flexible to provide coverage in US morning hours.
