Senior Cybersecurity Analyst

Location: Philippines – Hybrid

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to support global SOC operations, cybersecurity strategy, governance, risk management, compliance, and security initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Security incident investigation and response

• SIEM monitoring and threat hunting

• Vulnerability and Exposure Management

• Cyber Posture Management

• Data Leakage Prevention

• Support cybersecurity strategy, architecture, and security assessments.

• Enforce GRC policies, standards, and frameworks.

• Conduct threat assessments, gap assessments, audits, and compliance reviews.

• Support vendor risk management, DR/BCP, cyber drills, and risk registers.

• Provide cybersecurity guidance to IT, business teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

• Lead/support initiatives related to OT, AI, Cloud, and Supply Chain Security.

• Support cybersecurity projects and technology implementations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Cybersecurity/Information Security experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Having certifications such as CompTIA CySA+ AWS Sec, MS SC-200, GSEC, CEH, OSCP is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, risk, and compliance.

• Experience with SIEM, xSOAR, WAF, EDR, SSE, DLP, Microsoft, AWS, Azure, and SAP.

• Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, MITRE and other security frameworks.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Global exposure and cloud security experience preferred.

• Semiconductor/OT experience is an advantage.

• Needs minimal supervision to perform tasks and initiatives.

• Can work under 24x7 operations on shifting schedules.

• Can travel overseas as needed.
