Senior / Cybersecurity Engineer (FinTech)
Join a leading organisation as a Cybersecurity Engineer, supporting the implementation, management and optimisation of enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure and manage enterprise security tools and platforms.
- Monitor and optimise security controls to ensure effective protection of systems and data.
- Support vulnerability management, privileged access management, incident response and security risk remediation.
- Participate in security solution design, implementation and technology improvement projects.
- Troubleshoot security platform issues and support incident and change management activities.
- Work with Technology, Security Operations, Risk & Compliance and external vendors on security initiatives.
- Support security audits, compliance requirements and security reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve security processes through automation and new technologies.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, security engineering or related areas.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise security technologies such as CyberArk/BeyondTrust, Trend Micro/EDR, Elastic SIEM and Tenable (Vulnerability Management).
- Experience implementing, configuring and managing security tools in an enterprise environment.
- Good understanding of security frameworks, risk management and regulatory requirements, such as ISO 27001, NIST or SOC 2.
- Experience in banking, fintech or other regulated environments will be an advantage.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC or equivalent are advantageous.
