Senior Data Analyst
What You'll Be Doing
As a Data Quality & Governance Specialist, you'll play a key role in driving enterprise-wide data quality initiatives and promoting a strong data governance culture.
Drive Data Quality Excellence
- Ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of the organization's Data Quality framework, aligned with corporate standards, governance policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Promote data quality best practices across multiple business and technical domains.
- Monitor key data quality indicators and identify opportunities to improve data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability.
- Support the evolution of enterprise Data Quality methodologies and control frameworks.
🤝 Enable Data Governance
- Partner with Data Domain Managers, Data Quality Analysts, and other stakeholders to strengthen data governance practices.
- Coordinate and facilitate collaboration across the Data Community, ensuring alignment on priorities, standards, and governance objectives.
- Support the rollout of new versions of Data Control Catalogs, business glossaries, and enterprise data nomenclatures.
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of governance processes and operational standards.
Analyze & Improve Data
- Lead investigations into structural data quality issues and coordinate remediation initiatives across multiple domains.
- Perform impact assessments related to new projects, regulatory changes, and transformation initiatives to ensure data quality remains protected.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to identify root causes, assess risks, and recommend sustainable improvements.
- Monitor remediation plans and track progress through defined KPIs and governance reporting.
Reporting & Decision Support
- Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical insights using Power BI and Excel to provide visibility into data quality performance.
- Automate analysis and reporting activities using Python, improving efficiency and reducing manual effort.
- Present findings and recommendations to technical teams, business stakeholders, and governance committees.
Governance & Stakeholder Engagement
- Participate in Data Governance committees and working groups, contributing to strategic discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, and governance documentation for senior stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and knowledge-sharing sessions to promote data quality awareness across the organization.

Required Experience
✔️ Experience working in Data Quality, Data Governance, Data Management, or related analytical roles.
✔️ Strong understanding of enterprise data governance principles and data quality frameworks.
✔️ Experience defining, monitoring, and improving Data Quality KPIs and remediation plans.
✔️ Ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving both business and technical stakeholders.
✔️ Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.
