Senior Data Analyst - AI-Driven Analytics (Hybrid Milan)

Oliver Bernard is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in Milan to shape data science strategy and deliver AI-driven, data-backed decisions. You will collaborate with global teams to prototype and productionize models, identify trends in large datasets, and translate insights into product enhancements.

The role requires strong expertise in analytics, data science and related tooling, with a bias toward modern GenAI applications and a hybrid work setup in Central Milan.

Define and execute a data science strategy aligned to product and business objectives Lead the design, development, and deployment of models and algorithms into production Analyse large, complex datasets to identify patterns and translate insights into actionable product recommendations Collaborate with global teams across product, engineering, and analytics to deliver scalable solutions Establish and uphold best practices across data science methodologies, including data prep, model validation, and performance monitoring Stay close to industry trends, especially AI and GenAI Strong, proven experience across Data Analytics, Data Science, with exposure to Data Engineering and/or Machine Learning Autonomous work style in a global, distributed organisation Proficient data querying, manipulation and analysis using Pandas and NumPy
