Senior Data Analyst / AI Engineer (Hospital, Perm)
Description
Salary: $4,500 – $6,000 per month
We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Data Intelligence / AI to develop and deploy AI-powered solutions that support better patient care and healthcare service delivery. Working closely with clinicians, healthcare professionals and IT teams, you will leverage data science, machine learning and simulation modelling to drive innovation and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, train and deploy AI and machine learning models using cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
Build and maintain data pipelines, MLOps workflows and production-ready AI solutions.
Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to translate healthcare needs into data-driven solutions.
Apply simulation modelling and optimisation techniques to support clinical and operational decision-making.
Drive AI adoption, research collaborations and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Mentor junior data scientists and analysts.
Requirements
Degree or Master's in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience developing and implementing data science solutions in healthcare.
Strong skills in Python and/or R, statistical modelling, machine learning and deep learning.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), AI deployment, Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with simulation modelling and optimisation techniques is preferred.
Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
