Job Description
- Responsible for data architecture design (high availability), DB capacity planning and performance optimization
- Responsible for database management, develop data batch automation scripts and tools, ensuring the stability and timeliness of data-related application tasks.
- Responsible for data lifecycle management, coordinate with data backup, disaster recovery, and emergency drills
- Responsible for data governance and implement compliance management strategies such as database-level cleaning, desensitization and archiving
- Other data analysis work
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management or related fields
- More than 5 years of experience in database management or development and operations, proficient in at least two databases (such as My SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, TiDB, ClickHouse, etc. Candidates with a background in internet industry or financial sector, especially in banking, are preferred
- In-depth understanding of database principles (transactions, locks, indexes, logs, replication, sharding, etc.)
- Proficient in using database performance analysis tools (Explain, slow logs, Profiling, etc.), with practical experience in optimizing large-scale data.
- Familiar with Linux and at least one scripting language (Python / Shell) for developing and operating tools.
- Possession of DBA-related certifications (OCP, MySQL OCP, TiDB PCTA, etc.) is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese to report and collaborate effectively locally and with Head Office.
