About the Role

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will lead reporting and analytics initiatives for customers of a data infrastructure and analytics platform, working closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams. You will translate complex data from Clean Room technologies and emerging industry solutions into actionable insights that drive customer decision-making and campaign optimization.

What You'll Do

  • Develop visualizations, dashboards, and reports that help customers understand their data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Lead measurement initiatives by developing KPIs and learning plans aligned with customer marketing objectives.

  • Design and implement analytics systems, tools, and frameworks that enable efficient analysis at scale across customer use cases and verticals.

  • Surface insights from customer data, answer key business questions, and identify opportunities for campaign optimization.

  • Design approaches for observational analytics, including multi-dimensional dataset mining and experimental methods.

  • Work directly with customer stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate findings, and build lasting relationships.

  • Present insights to internal and external audiences, translating complex analytical concepts for both business and technical stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to understand measurement products and help shape new analytical offerings.

What We're Looking For

  • 9+ years of experience in analytics or data science, with demonstrated expertise in measurement and attribution methodologies.

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science.

  • Hands-on proficiency with SQL and Python for independent data analysis, querying, and statistical modeling.

  • Experience building and maintaining dashboards and reporting frameworks using tools such as Metabase, Tableau, and/or Looker.

  • Solid understanding of data modeling techniques and the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Proven AdTech industry experience, including familiarity with Clean Room technologies and data collaboration platforms.

  • Experience designing and implementing measurement frameworks, KPIs, and attribution models for marketing campaigns.

  • Strong client-facing communication skills with a track record of presenting complex analyses to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and report preparation.

  • Familiarity with TV industry measurement is a plus.

  • Must be available during Pacific Standard Time business hours.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary starting at $135,200 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Location

Hybrid preferred across Little Rock, AR; San Francisco, CA; New York, NY; or Seattle, WA. Fully remote arrangements may be considered for exceptional candidates. All candidates must be available during Pacific Standard Time business hours.
