• Partner with business leaders to turn ambiguous questions into precise hypotheses, KPIs, and success criteria that matter to Vexeres growth.
• Architect the analytic approach: scope projects, prioritise the backlog, and map star/snowflake models and Dataform pipelines that will answer the problem at scale.
• Build and maintain BigQuery pipelines with automated tests, alerts, and SLA checks to secure clean, reliable, and uptodate data.
• Curate, document, and version datasets; enforce coding standards and coach junior analysts to ensure consistent, reusable assets.
• Run advanced analytics: A/Btest design and causal inference, deep segmentation, forecasting, and ROI modelling to surface growth opportunities.
• Transform findings into compelling dashboards and narratives, delivering clear, databacked recommendations to Clevel and crossfunctional stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of new technologies (dbt, Airflow, GenAI) and host knowledgesharing sessions to elevate the companys data culture.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• 3 + years of endtoend analytics with measurable impact on product or revenue KPIs, including ownership of at least two fullcycle projects.
• Willing to learn and curious to explore data-driven insights
• Teamwork spirit and proactive mindset
• Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
• Good analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret large datasets accurately
• Familiarity with SQL; experience with BigQuery is a plus
• Familiarity with BI Tools for visualization; experience with Looker Studio is a plus
