Senior Data Analyst-FEMA

Overview:
Garud is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to provide FEMA advanced analytical support by identifying trends, building reports, and translating data into actionable insights. This role helps FEMA leaders understand performance patterns and make informed operational decisions.

What You Will Do

• Obtain and analyze data using advanced computerized models and methods.
• Identify patterns and trends across multiple data sources.
• Develop graphs, charts, dashboards, and presentation materials.
• Translate analytical findings into recommendations for business improvements.
• Support managers in understanding how data informs future strategies.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of data analysis experience.
• Advanced analytical, visualization, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work with complex data and communicate insights clearly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools.

Additional Requirements

• Experience presenting data-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Ability to support operational trend analysis and forecasting.
• Familiarity with performance data, lessons learned, and after-action reports.
• Strong capability in building reports that influence business decisions.
