Senior Data Analyst at BairesDev
In this role, you'll analyze both clinical electronic medical record data and biometric device data, synthesizing multiple rich data sources to deliver clinical and operational value. Your primary focus will be developing robust metrics that demonstrate product value during initial go-lives and expansions, then building pipelines to generate and display those metrics automatically. This is your opportunity to work cross-functionally across product and data engineering teams, turning complex healthcare data into insights that directly influence customer success.
What You'll Do:
- Analyze clinical EMR data and biometric device data to generate actionable insights.
- Synthesize data from multiple rich sources to support product and operational decisions.
- Develop robust metrics that demonstrate product value during go-lives and expansions.
- Build pipelines to automatically generate and display defined metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and data engineering teams.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis.
- Strong experience with Databricks.
- Solid statistics background.
- Experience with data visualization.
- Familiarity with Claude Code.
- Exposure to healthcare data.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
