Senior Data Analyst - Human Resources

The HR Data Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing human resources data to support strategic decision-making and organizational planning. Key responsibilities include submitting and analyzing Children's National Hospitals HR Metrics, compiling data for Workforce Insight Survey's, and ensuring the accuracy of workforce management analytics. The role also involves building and maintaining Power BI dashboards for HR operational metrics and recruitment and retention analysis, as well as creating a comprehensive workforce metrics data glossary. Additionally, the HR Data Analyst partners with various teams to conduct in-depth analyses, identify operational efficiency metrics, and propose new metrics and external benchmarks.
