Senior Data Analyst - Hybrid

A technology-enabled research firm that helps organizations interpret human and market behavior to navigate change and make informed strategic decisions. Position: Senior Data Analyst Company Industry: IT Company Work Location: Makati City Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (Shifting) Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 120,000 gross + Benefits Work Set Up: Hybrid (3x in office, 2x wfh) Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, etc.) • Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics, research, or quantitative roles • Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) and advanced Excel • Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, ideally in financial services or investment banking • Strong financial acumen, with excellent analytical and communication skills • Willingness to work on a shifting schedule Key Responsibilities • Interpret structured and unstructured datasets to uncover trends and insights • Apply predictive analytics and AI tools for modeling and forecasting • Ensure data accuracy by validating multiple sources • Oversee complete project delivery with both internal teams and clients • Communicate actionable insights to stakeholders and mentor junior analysts Recruitment Process: • Initial Interview • Onsite final interview
