Summary

Owns and evolves the company's business intelligence environment — building Looker dashboards and data models, managing Snowflake pipelines and data quality, and partnering with Operations, Finance, and Product — while exploring AI-powered agentic reporting in a real estate/title insurance domain.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Data Analyst based in United States.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will own and evolve the business intelligence environment that powers critical operational and business decisions. You will take primary responsibility for Looker, from data modeling and dashboard development to integrations, data quality, and governance. Working closely with Operations, Finance, Data Science, Product, and senior stakeholders, you will turn complex data into timely, actionable insights. You will also help shape a new generation of self-service analytics by exploring AI-powered and agentic reporting solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work hands-on across data pipelines, analytics infrastructure, and business intelligence. You will also develop expertise in a complex domain spanning real estate, title services, risk, and insurance.

Accountabilities:

  • Own, build, maintain, and continuously improve Looker dashboards and data models used by Operations, Finance, Data Science, and other business teams.
  • Manage the end-to-end connectivity between Snowflake, other source systems, and Looker, including data pipelines, integrations, and reporting models.
  • Serve as the primary company-wide point of contact for Looker, handling requests, troubleshooting issues, and establishing standards for dashboard development.
  • Monitor and safeguard data quality, accuracy, consistency, and provenance across the reporting environment.
  • Deliver timely insights that support day-to-day operational decisions, including SLAs, exception management, escalations, turnaround times, hands-on time reporting, and vendor management.
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable analytics solutions.
  • Help design and implement an agentic reporting layer that enables business users to answer ad hoc questions through AI-powered reporting tools rather than relying solely on static dashboards or tickets.
  • Explore and apply AI and agentic analytics capabilities while ensuring reporting agents remain grounded in accurate, reliable underlying data.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the title insurance and real estate domains to provide increasingly valuable analytical insights.
  • Requirements:

    • 3–5 years of professional experience contributing to data analytics, business intelligence, or data science projects, ideally across varied business environments.
    • Hands-on professional experience with Looker, including LookML, dashboard development, and data modeling.
    • Strong SQL skills, including the ability to write and optimize complex joins and analytical queries.
    • Professional programming experience with Python, Git, and comparable development tools.
    • Experience communicating technical data concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including Operations, Product, and senior leadership.
    • Strong analytical judgment, curiosity, and the ability to form clear perspectives while remaining open to new information and approaches.
    • Experience building or working with AI/LLM-powered reporting agents or agentic analytics tools is highly desirable, including prompt design, pipeline configuration, and data grounding.
    • Experience managing data pipelines or integrations between a cloud data warehouse such as Snowflake and a BI platform such as Looker is a plus.
    • Experience with risk, real estate, title insurance, or related industries is advantageous.
    • Experience owning data quality, governance, or reporting standards for a BI platform at scale is a plus.
    • Benefits:

      • Base salary of $92,000–$120,000 USD.
      • Eligibility for a bonus.
      • Remote work within the United States.
      • Medical, dental, and vision insurance options.
      • Health Savings Account (HSA).
      • 401(k) with company matching program.
      • Paid Time Off (PTO) and an emphasis on work/life balance.
      • 12 weeks of paid family bonding leave for maternity and paternity.
      • Short-term and long-term disability coverage.
      • Supplemental life and AD&D insurance.
      • Critical illness, injury, and hospital insurance.
      • Medical, dental, and vision benefits begin the month following the first day of employment.
