About PlatinumRx
PlatinumRx is on a mission to make chronic medications affordable for every Indian household. Through a unique model built around high-quality generic substitution, we deliver meaningful savings without compromising on care. We are Series A+ funded, growing at a rapid pace, with industry-leading CAC and retention metrics.
About the role
You will be an analytics partner to business teams such as Growth/Marketing and Finance. You will turn raw data into insight, build the reports and models that leaders use every day, and help the business decide where to invest, what to fix and how to grow profitably. This is a senior role with high ownership and direct visibility with leadership.
What you will do
  • Build and own dashboards and reports for business teams, with a focus on growth and financial performance.
  • Analyse the customer funnel, acquisition, conversion and retention, and measure campaign and channel performance (CAC, ROAS, LTV, cohorts, attribution).
  • Track revenue, costs, margins and unit economics by product, channel and city, and run budget-vs-actual and variance analysis.
  • Build forecasts for orders, revenue and costs, and support planning and budgeting.
  • Design and measure experiments (A/B tests), and quantify the impact of offers, pricing and process changes.
  • Support month-end reporting and reconciliations with reliable, well-defined data.
  • Define metrics and data definitions, so every team works from the same numbers.
  • Automate recurring reports and clean data pipelines, so teams get answers without waiting.
  • Present insights and recommendations to leadership, and challenge assumptions with data.
  • Mentor junior analysts and set good practice on SQL, documentation and review.
What we are looking for
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in analytics, preferably in e-commerce, consumer tech, healthcare or pharmacy.
  • Strong SQL (complex joins, window functions, query optimisation).
  • Hands-on with Python (pandas, statistics) or R, and advanced Excel or Google Sheets (financial models, pivots).
  • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker or Metabase.
  • Working knowledge of marketing metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, cohorts) or finance basics (PL, margins, budgeting, variance analysis), ideally both.
  • Sound grounding in statistics, A/B testing and forecasting.
  • Ability to turn a vague business question into a clear analysis and recommendation.
  • Clear communication and stakeholder management, comfortable with senior leaders and non-technical teams.
  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Commerce or a related field. An MBA (Finance or Analytics) is a plus.
Good to have
  • Experience with a cloud data warehouse (BigQuery, Redshift or Snowflake) and tools like dbt or Airflow.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, CRM tools) and finance systems (Tally, ERP, payment gateway reports).
Why join us
You will shape how a high-growth healthcare company uses data, with real ownership, direct visibility with leadership and a new data function being built around you.
