What You'll do:

- Translate business requirements into scalable Power BI and Microsoft Fabric solutions;

- Design and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards and enterprise semantic models using market best pratices;

- Develop metrics and KPI frameworks using advanced DAX;

- Manage Power BI Service workspaces, Apps, gateways, refreshes, semantic models and deployment pipelines;

- Implement Row-Level Security and appropriate access controls;

- Optimize reports and semantic models for performance and scalability;

- Design Fabric solutions using OneLake, Lakehouse, Warehouse and Data Factory pipelines;

- Ingest and transform data from SQL, APIs, cloud platforms, and flat files;

- Support governance, data quality, lineage, monitoring, testing, and release management;

- Collaborate with technical teams, review solutions and mentor other analysts or developers;

- Hybrid work model;

Who You Are:

- More than 3 years of experience;

- Advanced hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX and semantic modelling;

- Strong SQL and Power Query/M skills, with proven experience applying star-schema, fact and dimension modelling;

- Experience managing enterprise Power BI environments, including Workspaces, Apps, gateways and Deployment Pipelines;

- Experience implementing Row-Level Security and applying BI governance, security and enterprise delivery standards;

- Hands-on Microsoft Fabric experience, particularly with OneLake, Lakehouse, Warehouse and Data Factory;

- Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize Power BI and Fabric solutions for performance and scalability;

- Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills;

- Fluent in Portuguese and English;



Desirable Experience:

- Direct Lake, composite models, XMLA, Tabular Editor, TMDL or calculation groups;

- DAX Studio, VertiPaq Analyzer or other performance-tuning tools;

- Microsoft Purview, Fabric capacity management, Power BI REST APIs or automation;

- CI/CD, source control, Azure data services or large-scale international deployments.
