Your key responsibilities: * Develop data extraction and transformation procedures based on procurement-related requirements, leveraging enterprise systems including S/4HANA, DSS and Celonis. * Partner with other data teams, including Data Enhancements (within the Supply Chain Surety Branch), the Celonis Team (within the Finance Branch), and Advisory & Continuous Improvement (within the System Procurement Branch), to obtain data and develop insights to ensure integrated, evidence-based decisions. * Undertake advanced data analysis using various applications and methods to enable integrated data reporting for the Program. * Support the reporting deliverables, which include extracting data from multiple sources, importing and merging data into databases, creating dashboards and report templates, producing reports, analysing performance results, developing and delivering key findings. The essential requirements for this role are: * Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in the use of business intelligence software and information reporting systems for extracting, manipulating, and professionally presenting and disseminating reports from complex systems. * Relevant experience with contemporary analytical and data visualisation tools and practices (e.g., Celonis, Power BI, Excel and Python), and enterprise resource planning tools such as SAP S/4HANA. * Proven ability to develop and present analysed data in a relevant and interesting way to meet the needs of a range of stakeholders. * High-level written and oral communication skills, including liaising, consulting and stakeholder engagement with a broad range of clients in a complex and diverse environment.
