Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst with strong expertise in Snowflake to join our data team. In this role, you will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to transform complex data into actionable insights, support strategic decision-making, and build scalable data solutions in a cloud environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, define technical specifications, and implement data-driven solutions

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify insights, trends, and patterns that support strategic and operational decisions

  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) for both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams by translating business questions into analytical tasks and ensuring alignment with business objectives

  • Design and develop data models and data warehouses in Snowflake

  • Develop and maintain ETL processes to load data from various source systems into Snowflake

  • Create and maintain database objects such as views, stored procedures, and other Snowflake components

  • Ensure data quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, including senior-level responsibilities

  • Proven hands-on experience working with Snowflake in production environments

  • Deep understanding of Snowflake architecture, performance optimization, and best practices

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large-scale datasets

  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services

  • Solid background in data modeling, ETL development, and data warehousing concepts

  • Experience with data visualization and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)

  • At least basic knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes

  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and continuously develop technical and analytical skills
