Senior Data Analyst in Bangkok who translates business needs into data problems, cleanses and validates data, builds Power BI visualizations, and provides analytics consulting to stakeholders alongside data engineers. Requires 5+ years in data analytics and BI tool experience (Power BI, Tableau).
Responsibilities:
- Understanding the business requirements to formulate the problems to solve and restrict the slice of data to be explored.
- Performing cleansing, processing, and validation on the data subject to analyze, in order to ensure its quality.
- Exploring and visualizing data using BI tool (especially Power BI).
- Works closely with Data Engineer teams and all business units to develop strategy for long-term data analytics methodology.
- Identifying patterns and trends in data sets and analysis processes.
- Provides consulting and analytic services to all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Applied Statistic or related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in data management, data analytics field.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, good analytical, and problems solving skills.
