True Classic is hiring a Senior Data Analyst (AI-Native) to source and validate the data that feeds our forecasting and inventory planning, audit what those tools produce, and use AI to make them leaner over time. The goal is planning decisions made on data we can trust, so we hold the right inventory in the right place and avoid both excess and stockouts.
All of True Classic's roles are global and omni-channel, leading designated areas of accountability across all product categories, countries, and different sales & marketing channels. This means you will have the opportunity to impact our operations worldwide, ensuring a cohesive strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives and drives success across various markets and platforms.
Areas of Accountability
Input Sourcing & Data Quality
Bring together data and information spread across multiple systems and communication platforms into one reliable source for planning.
Make sure those sources stay connected and consistent, so every team works from the same accurate data.
Output Audit & Approval
Audit forecasts, purchase plans, inventory transfers and reporting against their sources on a weekly cadence.
Catch stale data, unit mismatches, totals that don't reconcile and results that don't fit history.
Rate each output as acceptable, acceptable with caveats, or not acceptable, and explain why.
Report findings with the conclusion first, followed by what was checked and what needs attention.
Tool Improvement & Automation
Use AI to streamline, automate and strengthen planning tools and reports.
Build recurring checks into the tools so audits run automatically going forward.
Automate routine, repetitive work such as transfers, warehouse coordination and data hygiene.
Automate routine updates to partner teams.
Keep planning processes documented and repeatable.
Partner with IT to integrate the planning tools into the company's merchandising and operating systems.

Warehousing & Logistics Partners: Reconcile inventory, receipts and transfers across warehouses.
eCommerce, Marketplaces & Wholesale: Validate sales, promotion and order data for each channel.
Finance: Make sure planning numbers reconcile with the financial view.

4+ years in data analysis, audit or QA, validating and reconciling data across multiple sources.
Expert, hands-on use of AI tools to find, clean, audit and improve data, with your own AI workflow across email, chat, documents and data tools.
