(Senior)Data Analytics/ Data Engineer/ ​Data Platform/ Data Service Manager (Bank)

• Primary Scope: Deliver hands-on Data Analytics and Data Mart development to empower the bank's Data & AI capabilities and define the vision for "Data-as-a-Service" (DaaS).

• Core Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Business Units on user requirement gathering, data onboarding, data mapping, UAT, and health checks for Data Mart and Core Banking system developments.

  • Lead the design, maintenance, and development of scalable data pipelines, modern data architectures (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Real-time streaming), and custom data tags.

  • Support end-users in adopting self-servicing tools for data extraction, reporting, and analytics, and ensure datasets are high-quality and "AI-ready".

• Requirements & Qualifications:

  • University graduate in Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Statistics, Decision Science, Information Systems, or related fields.

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Data Services / Data Management / Business Analytics in financial services, with at least 3 years in a leadership/managerial role.

  • Practical experience in ETL/data engineering, Data Mart building, cloud environments (GCP/AWS), orchestration/streaming tools (Airflow, DBT, Kafka), and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
