Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our data team at National Healthcare Group. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in building, and maintaining robust data pipelines and analytics products using Tableau and Databricks to support healthcare decision-making across our network of healthcare institutions. Key Responsibilities Analytics & Visualisation Develop comprehensive dashboards and interactive reports using Tableau to support clinical operations, quality improvement initiatives, and strategic decision-making Collaborate with clinical teams, administrators, and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions Data Engineering Develop, maintain and troubleshoot scalable data orchestration/etl pipelines using Databricks to process large volumes of healthcare data from multiple sources including electronic health records, clinical systems, and operational databases Optimise data storage solutions and implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations Technical Leadership & Collaboration Mentor junior data engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices for data engineering and analytics Work closely with institutional data scientists, and analysts to facilitate onboarding into the central unified data platform Required Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field Minimum 5 years of experience in data engineering roles with demonstrated expertise in building enterprise-scale data solutions At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Databricks platform including Delta Lake, Apache Spark, and MLflow Minimum 3 years of experience developing complex dashboards and reports using Tableau Technical Skills Proficiency in programming languages including Python and SQL for data processing and pipeline development Familiarity with Tableau and Databricks.
