Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Data & Analytics production operations and managed services.
- Manage SLA performance, 24x7 monitoring, incidents, escalations, RCA, and service recovery.
- Drive demand management, backlog prioritization, capacity planning, and cost optimization.
- Lead continuous improvement, automation, governance, monitoring, and technical debt reduction.
- Act as a senior point of contact for clients and provide executive-level service and risk updates.
- Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, estimation, staffing, proposals/SOWs, and client presentations.
- Provide architecture reviews and technical guidance across Data & Analytics projects.
- Lead and mentor global technical teams and coordinate with engineering, delivery, sales, and platform teams.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, Data Engineering, or Platform Operations.
- Strong experience in managed services / Day-2 operations with SLA ownership.
- Hands-on knowledge of:
- Azure Databricks
- Microsoft Fabric
- Snowflake
- Azure Data Factory (ADF)
- Power BI
- Python & SQL
- ETL/ELT
- CI/CD and automation
- Exposure to SAP SLT, SAP BODS, SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ), and SAP Business Data Cloud is preferred.
- Experience with incident management, RCA, data quality, operational governance, and modernization.
- Strong pre-sales / solution consulting experience with proposals, estimates, SOWs, and client presentations.
- Excellent client-facing and executive communication skills.
- Experience leading distributed/global teams.
Preferred Certifications: Databricks, Microsoft Fabric DP-600, SnowPro Core, ITIL 4.
